Privacy Policy

Command Center (painel.tsubakikobo.com) is the private internal dashboard of LCD PARTNERS LLC, 30 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. Only our own team uses it, to run our own online stores. It is not offered to the public, and an account only opens after the team manager enables it.

Google user data we access

Command Center connects to the Google Ads API through OAuth, authorized by the owner of our own Google Ads accounts, with the Google Ads scope (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords). With it the dashboard:

• reads reporting data from our own Google Ads accounts: account name, currency and time zone; campaign names, status and budgets; daily and hourly cost, clicks, impressions and conversions; and the review status of our ads;
• creates and enables advertising campaigns in our own accounts, only when an authorized team member asks for it in the dashboard.

It does not access Gmail, Google Drive, Contacts, Calendar or any other Google service, and it never accesses Google accounts or data of people outside our company.

How we use it

Only to show our team the advertising spend and results of our stores next to their sales, and to create our own campaigns. When a team member asks the dashboard for a written analysis, a summary of campaign figures is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to write it; it is not used to train AI models. We do not sell this data, we do not use it for advertising to anyone, and we do not share it with other third parties.

Storage, security and retention

The data is kept on our own server in Germany (Hetzner), in a short cache and in the daily spend records we keep for our accounting. Only our team reaches it, each person with an individual account, over HTTPS. Records are deleted when they are no longer needed for accounting. Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions; after that the dashboard can no longer read anything from Google Ads.

Google API Services User Data Policy

Command Center's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Liga-se à API do Google Ads por OAuth, autorizado pelo dono das nossas contas de Google Ads. Lê os dados de desempenho das nossas contas (campanhas, orçamentos, custo, cliques, impressões, conversões e o estado de revisão dos anúncios) e cria e ativa campanhas nas nossas contas só quando um membro da equipa o pede no painel. Não acede ao Gmail, Drive, Contactos, Calendário nem a contas de pessoas de fora da empresa.

Os dados servem apenas para a equipa ver o gasto e os resultados dos anúncios ao lado das vendas. Quando alguém pede uma análise escrita, um resumo dos números das campanhas vai para o nosso fornecedor de IA (Anthropic), que não o usa para treinar modelos. Não vendemos nem partilhamos estes dados com mais ninguém.

Ficam no nosso servidor na Alemanha (Hetzner), acessíveis só à equipa, e são apagados quando deixam de ser precisos para a contabilidade. O acesso pode ser retirado a qualquer momento em myaccount.google.com/permissions. Contacto: info@lotteberlin.com.
